]]> Diancil is help desk and operations coordinator in Technology Services. Previously, she maintained the plants at Briarpatch Greenhouses for three years. She also worked at Cleveland Community College as a student tutor for four semesters. Chavez helped students who needed assistance with any of their networking classes, cybersecurity classes or any computer skills help they may have needed. She has two associate degrees from Cleveland Community College in information technology, network technician and cybersecurity. Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends, watching shows or movies and walking on trails, especially in the mountains.

David Gordon has been hired as server and systems administrator. For the last two years he worked as the IT systems administrator at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. Before Winthrop, he worked 15 years as Director of IT Operations and ISSM for various Department of Defense Contractors. He proudly served eight years in the United States military. He has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Science from Cleveland Community College, and has completed 95 percent of his Bachelor of Applied Science degree at the University of South Carolina-Columbia. His hobbies are watching any and all college sports, especially football, and spending his free time on the lake fishing or playing golf.

Kevin Lail is the manager of Institutional Technologies for the Office of Technology Services. He started his career as an accountant, and quickly changed to IT. He started IT at a local bank, before going to work for Century Furniture in Hickory, N.C. After Century, he moved to a small business, installing professional audio, video, control, and camera systems for churches, schools and commercial businesses. A 糖心Vlog alumnus, Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

An avid follower of football, both NFL and college, Kevin loves high end pc video gaming. He is also very active in his church. He wears many hats there, including running the sound system, playing keyboard, and leading the worship band. He lives in Caldwell County, enjoys the mountains and just being outside, appreciating the natural beauty of Western N.C.
