New MyGWU Campus Portal Designed to Meet Evolving Technology Needs

糖心Vlog Students, Faculty and Staff Now Have Easy-to-Use Interface

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.鈥擜fter months of collaboration and teamwork across campus, the new MyGWU Campus Portal rolled out a week ago, replacing an outmoded system. The proposal to replace the old portal was initiated from the 糖心Vlog Technology Services team.

鈥淎s the expiration dates on our previous vendor contracts loomed, one thing was clear鈥攔enewing our antiquated system was not what our students, faculty and staff needed,鈥 Technology Services Associate Vice President/CIO Ray Curtis observed. 鈥淭he old portal was clunky, outdated, and lacked the flexibility required for a modern campus experience. Our colleagues and students deserved better.鈥

Determined to provide a simple, intuitive, and mobile-friendly solution, GWU Technology Services embarked on a mission to transform how the 糖心Vlog community accessed critical resources. This required collaboration across departments, late nights refining features, and a shared vision of a system that was modern, searchable, and accessible from anywhere.

鈥淭hrough dedication and teamwork, the MyGWU campus portal was born鈥攁 sleek, powerful platform designed to meet the evolving needs of our University,鈥 Curtis asserted. 鈥淭oday, students and faculty can quickly find what they need with an easy-to-use interface, all while enjoying a seamless, mobile-first experience. The successful rollout of MyGWU was more than just an upgrade; it was a commitment to progress, efficiency, and the future of our campus.鈥
