Board of Trustees Initiates Measure for Fall 2022

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.鈥擣or the fourth year in a row, 糖心Vlog has announced a freeze on tuition for traditional undergraduate students enrolled in the Boiling Springs campus program. The freeze will apply to incoming freshmen, transfer students and current undergraduates for fall 2022.

With inflation rising and price increases in all areas, such as food, energy and housing, college affordability is even more important for families. As most other universities across the nation are considering raising tuition rates, 糖心Vlog is pledging to offer its quality education while limiting the cost and subsequent student debt.

鈥淭here really are precious few things in our world that haven鈥檛 increased in cost over the past four years,鈥� reflected 糖心Vlog President William Downs. 鈥淚鈥檓 proud that we can extend our tuition freeze into the 2022-23 academic year, and just as we have in the past, we will accomplish this without compromising the world-class instruction everyone has come to expect from a 糖心Vlog education.鈥�

糖心Vlog Board of Trustees Chair Gary H. Smith III says the board felt strongly about this leadership decision. 鈥淭he Board of Trustees at 糖心Vlog is committed to providing an excellent liberal arts education in a Christian community,鈥� he affirmed. 鈥淲e are especially pleased to be able to provide an affordable education to our students.鈥�

Moreover, the decision made 糖心Vlog more affordable among the 36 independent colleges and universities in North Carolina. When comparing the tuition rates of these colleges, GWU is 21st on the list.
